There are a few speculations about this tattoo, but unfortunately, there isn’t a better shot of it to define it.

One is BTS‘s fandom name, another one stands for each BTS members: A (V) – Taehyung, RM – Nam Joon (his stage name), MY– Min Yoon (Suga), JM– Jimin (adding the J from his ring finger) and J – Jungkook, Jin, J-Hope. He got this tattoo at the tattoo shop in Geoje Island.

Unfortunately, it’s still unknown what this is exactly. A small peak was also shown in BTS‘s “ON” Kinetic Manifesto Film making fans believe it’s an actual tattoo.
At the end of August 2020, BTS released Episode 2 of “In the SOOP”. In this episode, Jungkook was spotted with a new addition to his sleeve which is allegedly an eye with a red pupil. Producers of the show decided to keep his tattoos blurred and there are no better pictures at the moment. Also, the meaning of this tattoo is unknown.
