NOIR (느와르) was a South Korean boy group under LUK Factory. The group consisted of 8 members: Seunghoon, Yeonkuk, Junyong, Siheon, Hoyeon, Siha, Minhyuk, and Daewon. They officially debuted on April 9, 2018, with the mini album Twenty’s Noir. The group became inactive in May 2022, and members Junyong, Siheon, Hoyeon, Minhyuk, Siha, and Daewon filed a lawsuit against LUK Factory, alleging the company failed to meet contractual obligations. These claims included not providing basic support, such as stylists and transportation, withholding necessary documents like financial records, not registering a valid company address, and attempting to transfer the members’ exclusive contracts to another agency without their consent. In response, LUK Factory filed a counterclaim seeking damages from the members. On May 2, 2024, the members announced that they had won both lawsuits and confirmed the group’s disbandment.
